Can you say rude!! Wanted to say that I was put on Hold several times and when they came back on the phone they forgot what we were talking about.
They never were in contact with the driver like their website says they do nor could they tell us when it would be picked up or delivered. They got the dates wrong each time.
I would stay clear of BT AUTO TRANSPORT and go to someone else. BT is Cheap but their service skills suck. Also their website says one price and then when you call it's another price. They need to update the website and get new people to work there that know what they are doing.
