I was VERY LEARY of having someone come pickup my only vehicle and make a cross-country trip with it. I contact BT Auto Transport and the rep. that I talked to Dana, worked VERY HARD to get my truck picked up in a timely fashion. She had to work extra hard because my destination was considered a "beyond point" and was haivng one heck of a time finding anyone to go to a little island in WA state as the drive is a bit dangerous to get onto the island. Although it took her alittle time to find someone she stayed in contact with me the whole time and gave me updates... Very happy with her service. She found a transporting company called "Coast to Coast" The driver's name was Mike. you could not ask for a better person to come and pick up "my baby" he stayed in contact with me the whole time before he picked up my vehicle, he picked up the vehicle on time and he contacted me again when he got to the destination. Then he handed my vehicle on to another great driver, Jim who was in contact with me as well and devlivered my vehicle on time with no problems..... GREAT COMPANY!!!!!
