I had BT Auto Transport move my 2003 F-150 from long beach CA to Chesapeake VA. Upon delivery there did not seem to be any damage it just seemed to be very dirty. The driver of the transport told me that the vehicle above mine had leaked transmission fluid. I asked if it would damage my paint . He advised me no it would not just to rinse it off. I did rinse it . My paint was eaten down to the e-coat. I called BT and was advised that they are not responsible even though it was due to carrier neglect. The driver advised me that the car above mine was leaking transmission fluid so it should never have been placed above another vehicle. I am very angry and dissappointed that a company can get away with destroying a persons property and not be liable for the damage that their neglect caused. I paid 975.00 for my truck to be delivered to me so that I would not have to put the mileage on it and instead the damage is worse than the 2317 miles would have been. I would never reccomend for another person to use this company.
