BT AUTO is an OKay company. The drivers that I've met are really nice that they do pick to come deliver your car. Now I had written stuff badly about them below. I've noticed most people are complaining about their service of leaks dripping on their car and other stuff. If you don't want stuff like this to happen go with the most Expensive Carrier as they wrap your car in plastic and you won't have a problem there.
What can you expect from a person quoting you a very low price to get your car to you. This company is the cheapest company out there that can get your car to you in a week. They beat everyone else out and yes I complained a bit about how they treated me and I do think they should be more helpful in the office. They did however pick my car up when noted and delievered in a 14 day window. In which the driver had that schedule already down and got it to me when he said he would. The car was in good condition on the top part of the enclosed trailer. BT AUTO was the fastest carrier that actually had my car to me within a week.
I've had a chance to work with them twice now and each driver is really friendly and nice. Very nice to work with.
