Dishonest Broker

I was given a quote for $550 TOTAL for the move. When I contacted the driver he told me he was delivering the car three days earlier than the date I had contracted for. This meant my car would have to sit in a terminal, for a daily fee, until my daughter could pick it up. (She was moving from NJ to FLA). I called the broker and said this cost was not part of our deal. He promised he would credit the cost back to my credit card. Of course he never did. The next time I called he said he would refund it via paypal. He never did. The next time I called he said he would send a check. He never did. Then I called a manager at Benchmark (They all claim to be "managers" when you ask) and she assured me she would send me a check but of course she never did.
