we have several lines and cannot tie them up, we always tell the customer, please give us your telephone number and we will call you back.as to the pickup, according to the contract there is a 3-5 day window to pickup the car. it is also fully disclosed in paragraph #1 of the term and conditions, that we can make no guaranty of time of pickup or delivery. this car was picked up in the time frame and delivered within the time frame.i dont know why this customer is complaing or they have nothing else to do with there time.
