I made a very grave mistake of not inspecting the contents of the trunk of my 25 year old classic car before signing off upon delivery. 5 minutes after the carrier left I discovered that the rare and valuable factory tool case was missing. Either the driver stole it or the enclosed trailer was left unsecured for someone else to steal it. Either way I am extremely disappointed with myself AND the carrier.
