My wife and I contracted for shipment of two cars in June. They could not find a driver so we canceled, by phone and email as per the service agreement. Eight months later and we have still not received our deposit. Numerous phone calls have gotten responses like 'we can't find your address', 'we sent the check to the wrong address ', or ' the accounts payable departments records are missing '. All excuses. This company and its employees are simply dishonest. They are happy to take your deposit, but will not refund it when they can't deliver the service.
