When I made the call to BlueStar Jim was extremely helpful. We signed the contract and the order to ship was put in. I was told the car would be picked up on a Monday and it got picked up on Friday this was after BlueStar told us the driver was on the way and then never showed up. The car was finally picked up at 11:30pm on Friday. I was promised the car would be here on Monday by 3:00 and at noon on Monday I was told the it would be Tuesday morning. One Friday morning Ron the dispatcher told me my car was picked up and it hadn't been. After the whole ordeal my car finally arrived. If I ever have to ship a car again I will probably fly and pick it up myself.
