Horrible service

Contacted company about shipping vehicle, requested Sunday pick-up (8 June). I was told Sunday was not possible, but could shoot for Saturday (7 June) with Monday as the back-up. No contact on Saturday, no contact on Sunday or Monday. Sat-Mon tried contacting their customer service which is just a machine, and they obviously don't check or care about because no call has been returned. Finally a guy called on Tuesday to "try" to pick up vehicle on that afternoon. I could not coordinate for pick up that afternoon (only that morning), the gentlemen said "give me an hour and I'll call you back" he never called back.
We'll see if any one calls Wed, if not will contact bank and block credit card.
Update 16 June: got call from a driver for pick up on Thursday. Called on thursday after no contact again, driver stated his truck was broke and would be able to pick up on Friday. Driver did show up on Friday. He stated he would not load the car because it was too low. The vehicle is not lowered. Vehicle has been moved coast to coast twice on exact same kind of truck. He still refused to load it.
Call them on Friday to tell them thier driver would not load car. Customer service (or lack of it) said they already picked it up. Well they didn't, said needed a low truck to get it, I told them it has been moved twice on same kind of truck and its not lowered. Customer service said give them a day and they'd call back.
3 days later no call back. I have contacted bank to block charge. Also left message with owner if he wanted to discuss the lack of service.
I would not use this company.
Update 17 June: Have left several messages for owner to contact me to discuss the details, has not returned call. Also received call saying they would refund money only if this review was removed. They also said the whole thing is my fault, because a truck showed up (a week late, but understandable if there had been communication) and car was lowered and does not start. Car was driven to Walmart to meet the driver (fact) so obviously it runs. Car has not been lowered (fact). Car has been transported numerous times on a truck exactly like the one that eventually showed up. Jim stated "you'll never see your money again" and Ron (customer service) stated "there will only be a refund after you remove the review" then stated "we'll send it to collections."
