FYI,

Do not choose a company because they are the lowest price. I found out the hard way. Bluebonnet messed up my paperwork and it has only snow-balled from there. Here is the list of my sorrows:

1) The read the paperwork incorrectly. The thought the delivery date was the pick up date. So vehicle is delivered 12 days late. The cost to me is $200 for a rental.

2) They can't get the vehicle to me before I leave town so they now will leave it at the closest terminal (45 mins. away). I must now drive to pick it up when I paid for door to door service.

3) They treat you like you are bothering them when you call to check the status.

My recomendation is to never use Bluebonnet.

This customer filled out his own paperwork and under the section where we have pickup date, he put in the date he needed it delivered by. How could we read our own paperwork incorrectly? He never called to verify until 2 days before the date he had written down, and that’s when the confusion started. Secondly, this customer had a friend receive his vehicle for him because he did leave town. As for paying for door-to-door service, nowhere on the paperwork he filled out, does it say anything about that. It says that the customer agrees to meet the truck at a location off a major interstate, due to the size of the truck. To address the third issue, our dispatch department does not give out any statuses before 1pm CST. Any customer that calls in before that time is asked to call back. Our computer system updates every day while dispatch is at lunch with the information the drivers give us each morning.
