The car was picked up at the first window day Bluestar salesman promissed and I was able to talk to the carrier driver directly. He came to my door on time and loaded the car within 5 minutes. The car was delievered to my new location in Vermont on time and again, with the same efficiancy. Bluestar is going to be my shipper next time I'll move. THANKS
