From beginning to end, I could not believe how WONDERFUL the service was through Blue Star. I spoke to Michael A. and he was extremely helpful. The price of Blue Star was so reasonable ($100 less than any other quote) I thought there had to be some hidden fees or problems that would arise. Not so!!! I was told my car would be picked up between Thursday and the following Monday with a 3 day transit time. HA! Within a day I had the name of the mover(Harry @ Chump Transport out of Concord, NC), who called me to schedule a pick up time for Thursday. I asked if he could pick up on Wednesday (a day earlier). He did so with a smile and on time. Harry kept in touch with me every step of the way to update me on where he was and when he would be arriving. Once he picked up, he said he would be heading out to Florida and would be delivering by 9 AM THE FOLLOWING DAY!!!! I just heard from my brother, he said Harry arrived at 9 am exactly! I couldn't believe it! I have NEVER NEVER had such great service when I've shipped vehicles in the past. From pick up (around Noon on Wednesday) to drop off (9 AM on Thursday) everything ran smoothly and waaayyyy ahead of schedule. To anyone reading this post, do not let the low cost deter you. There is no catch to the extremely reasonable prices at Blue Star. THE SERVICE WAS UNSURPASSED!!! All my appreciation to Mike A at Blue Star and to the driver Harry at Chump Transport. What a wonderful experience this has been.
