Speechless. I only hear of horror stories of people transporting cars and having the worst experience. That is NOT THE CASE HERE. I needed my Mercedes transported from Jacksonville to California and right off the bat, Vitaliy answered my numerous questions, got a driver scheduled within 2 days, and had the car picked up the next day. It came 7 days later exactly the way that it left. I was always kept in the loop, was called a day ahead on pickup, and in delivery. They scheduled around MY schedule!! Just awesome.
