This was my first experience of shipping a vehicle, so I was very apprehensive of what might happen. Any questions that I had were promptly answered. Brown did call and want their deposit three days prior to the scheduled pickup, which came as a surprise, but everything worked out fine. The vehicle was picked up on the first available date and delivered in a timely fashion to the Florida address. The carrier was very cooperative and friendly. I would not hesitate to use Brown in the future.
