Jam'e confirmed that my vehicle would be picked up on 16 December...never happened! They didn't even have the common courtesy to call and let us know that the driver would not be there. I must have called them 100 times (left several messages and emails) before I finally got in contact with Darla who promised to call me back and provide assistance...never received that call either. I finally contacted Jam'e who set up another appointment on 20 January and they stood me up again! Initially this company will lead you to believe that they are honest and will service you! They make promises that they do not intend to keep and never respond to your emails or voice mails! Their customer service is well BELOW PAR!!! I'll never do business with them and will recommend to all my military friends via the Motor Vehicle Office on the Naval Base to stay away from them as well!!!
