Horrific Experience: Do not get this transport

Do not get this transport! My son and I had a horrible experience with this company. The delivery was delayed for more than 10 days. The owner called me and said that there was a problem with their truck, so it will be delayed, but rest assured that they are going to give us the discount for the car rental fee while waiting for the car. We waited patiently, then another called was made and I was told that their driver pick up a wrong car to be delivered in VA. Again, we were told that they will reimburse the car rental fee, but when the car arrived and my son was to pay for the remaining amount, he was only given few dollar discount for all the trouble they caused. It was a horrible experience and customer service!
