This gentleman was provided prompt pickup and early delivery. Upon delivery he was contacted by the Carrier and they mutually agreed to meet at the Motel parking lot where the truck was located because of the ease of off-loading.
Upon taking delivery, this gentleman attempted to drive his car home, only to discover that he had purchased a lemon.. It gave him terrible trouble and he ended up needing a tow truck to complete the trip.
His anger at having been bilked in the purchase of a less than wonderful car has spilled over to include the transport services. We certainly feel empathy for his unfortunate situation with the car... but we really don't feel he needs to paint the entire world with the same brush. We wish him well ... elsewhere.
