We were quoted 1800 to transport our truck, were told for 2240 they could guarantee it for Thursday July 24th. Paid, it is now July 31st, no truck to be found, we have been trying to track it for two weeks (vehicle was dropped to location on July 11th)...ever time told in Toronto shipping tomorrow that started on July 20th....Toronto is 15hrs from here and still no truck. They will not return phone calls or messages. The pickup location they originally gave us was a bogus address that does not exist, when called on this they gave an alternative place. Last spoke to someone on Monday who was supposed to call back that day, and now refuses to answer phone....last she told us was that we would have to take up the problem with the company they sub contracted too. ...we paid them, not another company and they are responsible. We are going to call the police tomorrow as the whole situation is shading, right up to them calling and saying if the person we originally spoke to calls don't answer as he is a disgruntled employee.
Under no circumstances should anyone entrust anything to this company, unless you never want to see it again.
