Very poor experience with C&P transport. They contract out to the actual drivers, so are basically middlemen.
In my case, I made it very clear many weeks beforehand that I need delivery within a specific time window. C&P guaranteed to get it within the window and promised there would be no problem achieving that. Instead, I received the vehicle almost a week late.
For arranging pickup, I was first told to have the vehicle ready on a Wednesday, but the driver never showed up. I was told they cancelled. Then I was told the pickup would be Saturday, but after waiting the whole day, no driver showed up. I then find out on Monday that the driver cancelled but C&P didn't bother contacting me. Once the vehicle was finally picked up, I was told it would arrive on Saturday. Then when Saturday comes by, I am told the vehicle would arrive on Sunday. Then on Sunday, I get another call and am told the vehicle would arrive on Monday instead. Finally when the vehicle does arrive, I see a crack in the windshield which the driver acknowledged was not documented at pick up.
The entire time during these repeated delays, C&P consistently shifts blame to the driver and refuses to take responsibility for not keeping up their side of the agreement. I have never gotten such poor service for auto transport before, and I encourage everyone to choose another company to do it for you.
