I had my parents' old pickup that I wanted to transport from Walnut Creek, California to Chapel Hill, North Carolina. My rep, Dave, was great with the info he provided, and follow up information. He provided a rapid response to my reqeust for info, fast follow-ups with my questions, and was able to schedule the truck to et the Silverado w/ Rack transported within 4 days!
The truck driver was polite, responsible and very careful with this full-sized pickup. My parents and I thought he was sincere and responsible with the handling of the Silverado.
I would proactively contact Dave in the future, should I want to transport another vehicle again. He responds quickly by phone and email.
