A potentially scary experience gone GREAT!

We are sceptical Germans and most certainly distrustful New Yorkers, and this company has managed to not only put us at ease, but they have managed to put trust into an otherwise shady industry. From start to finish Dakota and Cat have provided excellent service, they were prompt and very communicative. Simply put, we could not have asked for a better company to take care of our car. Pick-up was on time, drop-off was delayed because of the worst winterstorms in what, 100 years, and there wasn't a scratch or an extra mile on our vehicle. NONE of our items in the trunk were missing, and considering what the car had been trough on the open truck, it was relatively clean. I also talked to Andy, whose sincerity and appreciation comes over the wire loud and clear.

What can we say, we are now heading back to NYC, and, of course, Capital Auto Transport is our company of choice.

Kudos to all of you, guys, and thanks a lot!
