No pickup and no refund of deposit

After numerous promises that they would pickup my vehicle, I waited a week and they could not move it. I decided to drive it back, so i asked for my deposit back. I have talked to them 3 times trying to get my deposit back in the last month and they either say they sent it out or they will send it out. They even went to the extent to say that their boss was sick and couldnt sign the deposit checks. One month later and I am still waiting for a refund.

A full refund was provided ....We have informed hi (numerous times)...We can only trust that he has reconciled his bank statement
