Made arragements to have them pick up a car in California and ship to South Carolina (for our son in the military). First - they never called to schedule the pick up on the day they were suppose to pick up. Second - when we called them, they said they changed their mind and were leaving a different day (without notifying us). Third - because the car needed to be there by a certain date, and would now not make it, we had to cancel and drive the car ourselves. All of this occured in April 2012, it is now July 2012 and we still have not received our deposit back. The contract we signed clearly states we would receive our deposit, especially since they never even picked up the car. After SEVERAL calls and emails, we were told to forget it...they had no intention of returning our depost. Do Not Use This Company!!!
