We signed a contract to take car from Florida to NC. We specified it must arrive at location on August 19th, 2024. They assured us it would and never showed up to pick it up during scheduled window. We booked them 4 months in advance. We ended up driving the car up ourselves. Then, they lied to the bank in order to keep our deposit saying that we refused transport. They never showed up. I live in a gated community and the cameras show anyone coming in. No one ever came. Do not recommend
