They did not know what they were doing. I gave them 3 weeks notice to ship, and on the last day of the availability I was told they couldn't find a truck because the rate(they quoted) was too low. I had called them several times to check on the pickup before the last day and was told tomorrow or the next day.
I gave them a last chance, then called a friend who knew someone going on the route who had room. I called Anthony and emailed him during their business hours to tell him I need to cancel and he never responded. Of course I had given them a deposit which he claims I wont get back because I violated some terms of agreement.. since when is trying to get what I paid for a violation? I would never use these guys because they cant be trusted.
Better Business Bureau is involved too.
DO NOT USE THEM!!!
