Diane was helpful. I was out of town for both pickup and delivery and had to arrange for a friend to turn my car over to the transport service and I had the car delivered to my parents home. Throughout the transportation period, Cascade kept me informed as best as possible about the entire process. Not being available at either end of this shipment caused me concern but my concerns were eased by the smooth efforts of Diane and Cascade Vehicle Shipping. Highly recommend.
