Good and available customer service. Effective combination of phone and email notification. The actual driver they used (SKIF) provided a pickup window between 2:00 and 7:00 PM. Showed up at 10:00 PM... Friday night. Was very nice, did a good job, great truck... but was really late. Delivery was scheduled for the following Tuesday. The car didn't arrive until Thursday. Again, in my case, not a huge issue but the call asking where my city was located was a bit disconcerting. (Carlsbad, California... ummm... right there on I5 just south of LA, north of San Diego.) Would have preferred an accurate estimate of delivery over a rapid estimate of delivery. Anyways, would use the company again. Car was delivered in good shape. Driver was nice. Door-door was good. Price was not the lowest... but it was in the bottom third. Nice work.
