The service from Cascade was excellent. Diane was great. She kept me informed throughout the whole process. The truck that was delivered was a Chevy 3500 crew cab, long bed with a lift and over-sized tires and mirrors. This made transporting difficult, but Diane made the proper accommodation to get it here. Considering the size and that the truck was being shipped from Oregon to Maryland, a broken passenger mirror is minor. Diane helped with getting the transporting company's insurance information to me so that I could get it fixed at the transporter's expense. I would defiantly recommend Cascade to anyone who needs to transport a vehicle from near or far. Ask for Diane Seeley if possible because she will take care of you and your vehicle.
