Alexis was great. Cascade has a great record--I tried and they helped with the lowest possible cost. However from Midwest to Northwest there were slim pickings at my low price of total $925. Ended up waiting for 10 days because of this and not because of great effort on the part of Alexis. Highly recommend this carrier, and recommend on your part to look at the going price on various quotes. Even though it may be slightly higher than your lowest quoteXXXthis usually means the quickest pickup and delivery.
