I needed to transport my son's car immediately to Washington. I found Cascade Vehicle Shipping by google search. Kris was my representative. He was very helpful in breaking down the details (cost, dispatch, timeline, requirements, liability, etc). My biggest concern was that I did not have someone to receive the car once it arrived. I was to fly to Washington and then drive the car to Canada. He gave me suggestions (deliver to a car dealership, change destination, etc). We were able to work it out. Though the drivers did not arrive on the scheduled date (they were to arrive on a Friday morning yet didn't show until Saturday afternoon), they delivered the car ahead of schedule. My only complaint was that I had to wire money because I could not get payment (cash, cashiers check or money order) to Washington via mail as quick as the truck got there. I will definitely use Cascade again when we bring the car home. I was very pleased with their service.
