We were in a bind and called this company. We spoke with Kim who convinced us to use them, with a set date. Suddenly the date came up and the pick was not done. I received an EMAIL, saying things fell threw, and it was up in the air when it would be picked up. When I called Kim said it wasn't her fault and did not seem to care.. Now saying they had 10 business days to FIND a driver to pick up the cars. After that, she kept dodging my phone calls. Finally Jeff called a week later, saying he found a driver, but they needed more money, which I feel they should have paid since they did this to me. Cars got picked up an arrived in a reasonable time. In which the driver said he was sitting idle for the past two weeks waiting for a route to me. So things are strange, as this company seemed nice at first, but later strong armed me when I had no choice. 4 stars for Jeff as he was very nice, the driver gets 5 stars, and Kim get 0 stars, because she dodged the calls.... BEWARE of this company.

Kimberly@Cascadevehicleshipping.com, 360-834-7898 Jeff@Cascadevehicleshipping.com Vincent, First of all I would like to say that we did everything we could to get you a carrier. When you called us because the other company you had set up with wasn't coming through, I (Kim) called around and found you a truck. They then called back and said that their route had changed and they could no longer take your vehicle. That is out of our control, and we continued to look for a carrier for you. Secondly, even though I am the VP here and would be happy to take your call, Jeff is actually your representative and he left you numerous messages. I again was not dodging your calls, I talked to quite a few times as well. I'm sorry you feel that the service was not what you though it should be, as I was not your representative.
