Customer service from Cascade contact person (Debbie Fontaine) was by far one of the best experiences i have had....i work for a fortune 500 company and our own customer service should be as good! She was accessable at all times thruout the process; prompt; friendly and knowledgable...will use them again for future transportation arrangements
