I was moving from NY to NM. This moving company was suggested to me as another option rather than driving my car down by myself.

I felt very comfortable with the company and especially Damon whom I dealt with from day one. He addressed all of my concerns and was generally interested in what I needed and how the pickup and delivery went. Whenever I had a question, he was always there to answer it. Even if he had to call me back, which he was always prompt about.

Since this was a new carrier that they've only used a couple of times, Damon was very interested in every detail from pickup to drop off. The end result, I am very pleased.

My pickup was one day late, but I was told to expect that. They came to my house and drove myself and my car to the truck were the inspection and signing of papers was done. Then they drove me back home at no charge. The company that transported my car told me to expect it in a week and we were able to plan on an area for drop off since most roads arn't an option for that size truck.

To my surprise they almost beat me down to NM. The delivery date was supposed to be the 19th give or take a day. They showed up on the 16th. Again offering to come get me, but I didn't require that service.

Aside from the language barrier with the drivers, (I'm told this is common) I had absolutely no problems. Admittedly, I was nervous about this. But my experience has only been positive and as I said I am quite pleased with everything. I would suggest this company to anyone who is need of this service. They truly care and make every effort to address any concerns and follow you from point A to point B.
