Cheryl,
We are sorry the carrier caused this much damage. I have personally spoken with your insurance company and provided them with all the information about the insurance company and the trucking company themselves. I faxed all that information over to Mike on the 18th after I spoke with him. I faxed him a total of 10 pages, and if you would like those I can fax those to you as well, just give me your fax number. You can also contact the fmcsa from the website provided: http://safer.fmcsa.dot.gov/CompanySnapshot.aspx . You can look up and contact the fmcsa and file a formal complaint. We at Cascade have done everything in our power to provide you with the proper information. As it states in our terms and conditions: Cascade Vehicle Shipping, Inc. will perform due diligence to insure carriers are fully insured. Carriers are responsible for the vehicle while the vehicle is in their possession. Cascade Vehicle Shipping, Inc. is not responsible for any damage done to the vehicle while in the carrier’s possession.
The carrier was insured when they picked up your vehicle which means they are responsible to cover those damages. All of that is stated in the fax that I sent to Mike.
Again we are sorry you are having an issue getting this taken care of. We have done everything we can do. We cannot physically file a claim for you, we can only provide the information which we have done. Again if you would like a copy of the fax I sent to Mike please email me and I will be happy to fax that to you as well.
Kimberly
