I had never transported a vehicle before, so like many, I was nervous as to what to expect. I then found transportreviews.com and found that it can quote several companies at once, where I found Cascade to be among the lowest prices. At first I wasn't going to jump on the lowest quote, simply because the cheaper the service, the lower the quality- -at least that was my assumption. I did call a few other companies before Cascade, then finding out that several of them were not honoring the quote given to me by transport reviews, mentioning that these quotes are outdated and don't apply the higher gas prices of today. That was when I called Cascade to see if they'd honor it, got Rebecca as the rep, and honored the low quote given to me without hesitation! Her customer service skills are the best (and I found, when calling back the company, that the other reps were just as friendly and professional)! She assured me everything would be okay, detailing me everything that I needed to know, and did not hesitate to repeat any of the information I may have missed. The very next day, she calls me and tells me there's a carrier in the neighborhood and that they can pick up my car that same evening!! She sent me all the info I needed of the carrier and her's as well. I barely had enough time to eat when the carrier calls me and says he's outside our building! The trucker (Roberto, I believe) was very friendly and patient, where I gave him specific instructions on how to start my car (since my battery had been draining when hooked up). He had a great attitude and assured me, just like Rebecca, everything would be fine. The very next day, 10am, I get a call from Rebecca telling me she would call my parents to tell them the car is coming. That same evening, my dad calls me and tells me it arrived and is sitting on his driveway. Total cost and time: $495, shipped in ONE day. UNBELIEVABLE. Thank you, Rebecca and JD Auto Movers (the carrier), for the incredible work you guys do. I will definitely recommend Cascade to anyone!
