I would NOT use this company - did not follow through on any of the commitments from the very start - Quoted $1100 then called and said it was going to $1135. I agreed to this based on the information shared by Damon about how good they would take care of everything. Then they called and stated they need to pick the car up early as they weren't sure when the next pick up date would be - then they did not show up on the day and time scheduled - when I called them - Damon was not available and no one knew what was going on - PICKED UP THE CAR THE NEXT DAY! Car arrived early in California (2 days), I was not in town yet - when I called to have it deliver to my new business - said it would cost extra as they had attempted to deliver early - seems strange there was no one to deliver it to - they were calling my wife in Virginia and she told them I was on a flight to California. Called Cascade and was told I had to deal with the carrier - I had to have someone drive me 25 miles to a drop destination - and the car was damaged - break lines on axle crushed! Called Cascade and was told not their problem - call the carrier ????? $400+ in repairs - It has been 5 weeks since delivery and carrier is now refusing to pay - not their problem call delivery company - this has been a disaster from the start and now i will have to go to court to get re-imbursed! I was very disappointed in how Damon handled the whole process - not available most of the time I called and when i requested information about contacting his supervisor Nicole - all that was provided was an e-mail and so I sent her an e-mail on 1/16/13 5:57pm and NO SURPRISE - SHE DID NOT RESPOND! BE WARNED - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Paid everyone just as i committed to - very disappointed!
