Cascade came in with the lowest quote of all received, $765, after posting my vehicle for shipment. Customer contact was decent but not great. The first time I was contacted a shipper was interested, the price went up, by over $100 dollars. Fine, I agreed. Then no call no show for the transporter to pick up the vehicle. I called the Cascade back and spoke to Courtney, and she seemed surprised that I didn't get a call to tell me it was cancelled. I then asked her where to we go from here (almost a month in by now), do I contact another broker or uship or what? I was told to do whatever I needed to do. Ok, irritated now. So, I let it ride for a while then contact another company.

I then get calls from Cascade with quotes that are almost double what was originally offered. I was going to call and cancel the order, but then Rebecca calls back with a quote of over $1300. I asked to cancel the order. Fine. I contacted the second company and find out Cascade has posted my vehicle at $1300 for shippers UNDER A DIFFERENT NAME!! Magic Carpet Auto Transport, same address, different phone numbers. And they didn't remove the ad off the bulletin/posting board. And Magic didn't answer their phones.

So here I sit, no vehicle transported, no chance of another company being able to offer it for pickup until the bait and switch company, Magic, removes the ad. Looks like I'll have to spend the money and pick it up myself. I don't know if deception was originally intended, but but why change your online company name and post offering of almost double what you told the customer you could deliver for.

Yes, this is a full size Ford Bronco, but that vehicle is still shorter and less weight than most full size pickups and vans you see on auto transporter trailers on the road everyday.

RJ...First, customer satisfaction is what makes our Company FIVE STAR. We extend every courtesy...from communication, to an open assessment of your transport needs. We are not perfect. However, sometimes folks seem to stretch things a bit when their expectations are not met. We strive as a company to get better daily. Perhaps you are confusing us with another company you were trying to work with at the same time. At the end of the day, we offered you options that you chose not to accept. I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you and wish you success in transporting your vehicle. Greg Bailey...Vice President...Cascade Vehicle Shipping
