For the second time in a month, Cascade Vehicle Shipping provided excellent service in transporting one of our cars across country. I cannot speak too highly of Rebecca Ruppell, who oversaw both shipments. Rebecca is very competent and thorough at what she does, and took complete ownership of all problems that arose during transportation. Although the transport company's performance left something to be desired, Rebecca kept in close touch with us and was a constant reassurance. It has been a delight to interact with her.
