Phenominal experience with this shipping company for a second time. Kimberly was my point of contact for this vehicle transport. Kimberly and the staff at Cascade Vehicle Shipping must have an excellent relationship with the people they select to transport vehicles.
I had a great experience last year when I shipped my 1969 Z28 Camaro from Washing DC to South Carolina. This time I shipped a 2002 BMW M3 from Ohio to South Carolina.
After making the arrangements with Kim at almost 5pm her time Tuesday evening, I expected to wait several days until the car could be picked up. The car was picked up the next day (Wed) by 1000am and deliverd to SC on Friday at 2PM. The driver called me on Thursday to advise he was delivering on Friday. He called me Friday morning and advised he would call me when he was 40 miles away, which he did. I didn't have to leave work and wait around all day. He had no trouble finding my house and delivered the car into my driveway. I think the driver may have sprayed the car down at a car wash before delivery because my car was clean. Great extra touch.
Cascade Vehicle Shipping's rating and reputation speak for themselves. I will pick them the next time I need to ship a vehicle. Thank you Kim!!
