Michael,
We are sorry if you were not happy with your experience with Cascade. We return phone calls on a regular basis, no if you were overlooked by accident again we apoligize. Yes, Jeff does take his lunch between 1030 and 11 am because he starts work at 7 am, so if we said he was at lunch, then yes he was at lunch. We do not avoid our customers, we take care of them as much as possible.
As for the truck being delayed, everything is an estimate, there are no guaranteed dates for pick up and delivery.
As it states in our terms and conditions:
Pickup and delivery dates are contingent upon carrier availability and season. All dates and times given are an approximation. We cannot guarantee exact dates or times of when the vehicle will be picked up or delivered. Carriers may be subject to delays. Cascade Vehicle Shipping, Inc. will not be held responsible for any expense related to a delay (car rental fees, storage fees, accommodation fees, etc.)
I spoke with you yesterday as well as Jeff about your trucking company that was hauling your vehicle because you had some concerns. I am sorry you feel disppointed, but we had your vehicle picked up with 24 hours of the estimated delivery date. The driver tried to pick up the vehicle on the 5th, but was told not to show up until the 6th, so pick up was not delayed because of the carrier. The driver has been in constant communication with you as well as Cascade whenever you need us.
Sorry if you feel that your service is not perfect.
