Michelle and Cascade Vehicle Shipping made this experience quite easy and worry free. Michelle was a delight to talk to and was very accomodating in scheduling our transport. The driver was also very courteous, professional and kept in touch regarding his schedule. He wasn't able to deliver the truck on the day originally projected (by 6:00 pm) primarily due to road construction, but he was here very first thing the next morning. This did not create a problem for us and considering the road construction, is quite understandable. I was quoted a price of $800 for open transport from Iowa to Delaware, and the price we paid was the same as the quote. I did receive lower quotes from other companies (as well as higher quotes from others) - - but the decision to use Cascade was based on the reviews of other users. Cascade WILL be the company we call if we need another vehicle transported! Highly recommended!
