My car was delivered on time, that's one good thing.

However, if you are considering this company or any other company, make sure you have every single discussion in writing, I have learned from my own experience of paying more than the initial quote (not the price that Cascade and I agree on the e-mail / agreement)

I chose Cascade because Jeff sounds very courteous, knowledgeable, descent and honest. Also, this company has very good overall rating on this website. Cascade did not provide me the lowest quote, however agreed to match the price that I got from the company by the same owner of Cascade. Once my car is loaded on the truck, one surprise comes after another. Deposit was higher than what was written on the agreement, and then final price was higher than both initial quote and agreed price.

My experience with the truck driver - he is a very nice man, I watched him load and unload the car. He is very careful. The truck driver does not speak much of English, so I tried to call the dispatcher to follow up the status of shipping. The dispatcher was extremely rude, told me to call the truck driver myself. I told the dispatcher about the communication issue, he said with a bad attitude "I will call your truck driver" then hung up the phone on me. Well, maybe he was having a bad morning. 2 Hours after, he did call and left me a voice message about the status.

My experience with Cascade - there was finger pointing and he said, she said. I had to pay for the amount that was higher than what was agreed. Deposit was charged extra - Jeff claimed it was the service charge by credit card company. However, on the statement, it appears entire amount went to Cascade, not to my credit card company. Final payment to the truck driver was higher - there was a "pick up fee", isn't it door to door service? I only agree to pay for pick up if there is pick up truck or flat bed involve. I personally drop off my car to the truck driver who ships my car, the big truck that could not come to my garage to pick up.

I believe after this review, there will be more finger pointing from Cascade.

Would I recommend Cascade? The choice is yours, reading many good review about Cascade is one of the factors that I pick this company. My suggestion is any company you may choose, have everything in writing and make lots of confirmation until the last minute, this is to make sure you are paying for the amount that is agreed.

We are sorry if their dispatcher was rude to you. It states in our terms and conditions about the fee for credit card use, so please check our terms and conditions again.
