After spending a week calling a handful of other companies (some nicer than others) looking for the lowest price, I reached Cascade. Jeff was extremely helpful and knowledgable, explaining how the entire process of car transport works. So instead of just a quote I understood the system, felt like he was really working with me, and was very comfortable deciding on this company right away. I have never shipped a car before and did not know what to expect, but they made the process painless. The pick-up was a day late from when it was originally scheduled, however Jeff maintained contact with the truck and with the party it was being picked up from. So we weren't left wondering what was going on. Jeff gave me his direct number so if I had a question I didnt go to a 1-800 number and wait on a line for next available operator, it went right to Jeff who knew me and my situation. He even found a covered car carrier (we were shipping a classic car so not being exposed to road debris was perfect). Despite a day late on pick-up, the carrier truck actually arrived at my house a day early (it only took 5 days to go across country) which my husband loved getting his car that fast. They were thorough to inspect it for any damage, and it looked great. If I have to ship a car again I would come to Cascade right away. This was a great experience.
