i was pleased with the service at cascade. they did get my car picked up in a timely manner.
the driver of the transport left something to be desired as he communicated very poorly. but you have to understand that Cascade is only a broker and they have to deal with inconsistencies in the industry. Jeff Newell did chase down the driver and get him to call me. after that the driver (who barely spoke English) would call me late at night to let me know he would not make it that day(duh) and promise to deliver the next day. this went on for 3 days but he finally did make it :)
i would definitely use Cascade again as they have a solid reputation and don't try to b.s. you with an unrealistic low bid. in which case your car will probably never get picked up.
in all fairness to the driver, i think he was having trouble with the truck, although he did not articulate that clearly.
Cascade tells you up front that they will give you a 50$ rebate for submitting a review. but there is no coercion to give them a "good" one. seems pretty smart to me.
