I was referred to Cascade by my niece who used Cascade's service past summer. However, since this is my first experience in car shipping I did my home work in shopping for the best provider. I called 5 different 5 star rated providers and Jeff at Cascade was only one to follow up with an email. I've noticed that the service components among the providers are very similar. What made jeff/Cascade to rise above the competitors is his knowledge and authentisity in explaining the details. His promptness, patience, and professional demeanor gained my confident that I can completely trust Cascade to transport my car safe. I realize Cascade is a broker in this process but so far my experience with Jeff tells me that I can be assured that Cascade has and will continue to earn their stella reputation through their people like Jeff.
