Overall, I'd say I had a positive experience with Cascade.

Personally, Michelle was outstanding in terms of customer service. She always returned my calls promptly, and went out of her way to insure that my order went well. I had an especially tricky order since my destination was a rural town, and I honestly believe she went above and beyond to find a truck to make my delivery happen. In fact, during one day I think we talked 5 or 6 times, and she was always friendly, patient, and courteous.

The reason I give 4 instead of 5 stars is pricing. I feel a bit baited by Cascade as they originally quoted me a price of $750 for door to door delivery. After accepting this quote I waited for a week with no luck finding a truck. At that point it became quite clear that no carrier would step forward to deliver my car at that price, and the only carrier that Michelle could find wanted $1100. That price was well above what I wanted to spend, so upon talking with Michelle the best solution we could come up with was having the car delivered to the closest major city, Denver, for $750. Denver is a 7 hour drive from my house. So, in the end, I got the delivery for my original quote amount, but it was to a site 7 hours away. Not to my door.

The car was delivered to Denver on time, and in excellent condition.

Bottom line: Michelle and Cascade were great in terms of service, but be careful being baited with low prices if you're in a rural location. My original quotes ranged from $600-1100 from various companies, and I went with Cascade because they were the only company in the middle price range with a B or better rating from the BBB. I should have known that was too good to be true, and I'd have to pay at the high end for true door to door delivery.
