Brenda was the Cascade customer service rep I dealt with. She was very knowlegible and answered my several questions very throughly. She has a very good telephone voice, by that I mean she speaks clearly and a pace that can be clearly understood. That's not the case with a lot of customer service people these days. The time it took to secure a carrier took longer than I expected, but in the end they did secure a carrier in Phoenix and it worked out fine. The price of the move from AZ to FL was $949.00.
