We were in contact with both Cascade Vehicle Shipping and the transporter during the process. This made the delivery easy. I would recommend highly. I would reconsider shipping open vs closed carrier. The cars were clean when the carrier picked them up but filthy when they were received. I guess this is expected. As for the service provided by Cascade, I feel that they were worth the price. It seems that the make their money finding and arranging transport. The money that they collect up front seems to be the finders fee. The actual transporters are paid in cash for their end of the deal.
