Overall I thought Cascade was very prompt and helpful and very knoweldgable. I thought Kimberly did a great job at always getting back to me. I was somewhat frustrated that my car was picked up a few days late but I understand that happens. I was more frustrated that it cost $200 more than the original estimate and that was after it was going to be late.

However, I would use Cascade again for their customer service was worth it. They always responded to me and gave me an answer to my questions.

James, Thank you for the review. I am so sorry the truck asked for additional funds. I did everything I could to keep it as low as possible for you.
